Our basic privacy policy is simple:

Collection of Information
When you browse our website, you do so anonymously. We do not collect or track any personally identifiable information about you when you browse our site. The only personal information we collect is the information you voluntarily submit when signing up for your account. We request only the information we need in order to process your exhibitor invoices, charge your credit card, and contact you in case of any questions about your exhibit space.
Use of Information
We use the information you provide to process the details of your requests, charge your credit card, and communicate with you about your exhibit space.
Disclosure of Information
We will never sell or disclose your personal information to any other company. Naturally, in order to process your credit card charge, we must submit your name, card number, expiration date, billing address, and the dollar amount of the charge to our credit card processing bank, like any other retailer which accepts credit cards as payment. We do not store any credit card card information on our web server.

Our website does not use Cookies.

NOTE: If you attended The Home Entertainment Show and gave us your business card then you were automatically subscribed to our mailing list.
We offer a variety of mailing lists. You can add or remove your email address at any time. Our mailing list is double opt-in which means you will not receive any of our notices until you confirm with us the right to send. We do not sell or share your email address.
