Size Requirements
Trim size is 5-1/2 inches wide x 8-1/2 inches tall, perfect bound. No copy 1/4 inch from trim. Bleed ads, allow 1/8 inch beyond trim.

Formats
Floppy or CD. Please supply a printed directory indicating which documents are to be printed.
Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PageMaker, Freehand, and Corel Draw. Or you may supply ad as a High Resolution PDF. Contact us before using alternate programs.
Fonts
Supply all fonts and any imported graphics. Type 1 or Type 2 Postscript. Printer and screen fonts required. Avoid stylizing (italic, bold).
Photos/Art
Photos scans should be 300 dpi and placed in your document at 100%. Color photos should be CMYK. Line art should be scanned at a minimum of 600 dpi, but 1200 dpi is preferred. Note: Internet images are usually low resolution (72 dpi RGB) and do not print well.
Upload via FTP:
If you use a proper FTP program, then the Host Name is as shown below. Or you can click on the host name below to open the FTP in your browser window, and then just copy/paste the file to the server. In either case, the login information is the same. You must use the complete email address shown below as your User Name.
