Cancelations must be received by T.H.E. Show in writing.
Refunds may be processed, utilizing the following time tables of any given calendar year to which existing contract(s) applies:
Penalties:
- 33.3% of the total exhibit space on or before June 30;
- 66.6 on or before September 30;
- 100% if cancelation received after September 30.
Refunds processed within 30 days of valid refund request and acceptance thereof.
